In-House Membership

In light of the tough times that everyone is in where there may have been furloughs, layoffs or job lost, Goldens Bridge Family Dentistry is happy to announce a membership program to help.

Membership will be with a credit card on file with auto renewal unless cancellation requested. Monthly payments also available.

Membership can not be combined with insurance due to insurance rules and laws. You can calculate your costs and decide which would be best for you and your family.

Membership is per patient and not transferable nor refundable.

A 10% discount will be given for a family membership.

Medications and materials (such as chlorhexidine rinse) will not be included in the discount as it is already discounted or at manufacturer’s price for everyone.
